About the Role:

We're looking for Outbound Sales Development Representatives who are eager to build their sales careers at a startup that offers fast-paced growth. If you're adaptable, ambitious, and thrive in high growth environments, then we want to hear from you.

How you'll make an impact as a Sales Development Representative:

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities

  • Make strategic outbound calls & emails daily

  • Master the ability to tell the Limble story

  • Align Limble solutions with prospect's business objectives & needs

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations

  • Proactively keep knowledgeable of our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers

  • Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, the web, and other sources

  • Ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM

  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and deals closed

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience

  • Account mining experience

  • Motivated to help the sales organization and company grow

  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills

  • Coachable

  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
