Brightflag is looking for a tech-savvy and ambitious revenue operations professional to drive continued new customer growth. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for driving initiatives to improve sales performance and efficiency in partnership with sales leadership. This person will be the backbone of our sales operations, helping our high-performing and growing sales team close more deals, faster.
You will be a "change agent," driving meaningful improvement initiatives within the Sales organization. This is not an administrative or sales-support role; you will be tasked with identifying and delivering initiatives that drive measurable improvements, like faster sales cycles and increased win rates, and empowering sales leadership with insights to proactively spot risks and opportunities. As for those traditional administrative tasks? You will proactively identify ways to reduce or eliminate them entirely. You will be a key partner to the sales organization and viewed as an enabler of their success, not a gatekeeper. You will report directly to the Director, Revenue Operations and work closely with the sales leadership team and your Revenue Operations peers.
What You Will Be Doing- Identify, develop, and lead projects that drive measurable improvements in sales performance, efficiency, and revenue growth, including optimizing processes to reduce friction, improve win rates, and drive consistent execution across the team
- Own sales reporting and analytics, including the sales forecasting program; provide sales leadership with actionable insights on performance, pipeline health, deal progression, and forecast accuracy
- Run deal desk operations including pricing approvals, discount workflows, contract review and approval processes, and special terms escalation
- Design and maintain data structure, integrations, and automation across our sales tech stack (Gong and Salesforce, among other platforms) to streamline workflows and eliminate manual processes
- Support pipeline generation efficiency efforts; You will be the leader in driving alignment between sales and marketing
- Manage sales territories, account assignments, and ownership policies to ensure optimal coverage
- Administer sales compensation plans, including quota management, commission tracking, and payout calculations in partnership with the Finance team
- Provide ongoing training and enablement on sales processes and tools to ensure high adoption and effective utilization, including leading regular AI adoption sessions
To be successful in the role, you need:
- 2+ years of experience in a revenue operations or sales operations role, or similar
- Strong communication skills; Experience working with Sales Reps preferred and leading training and/or forecasting sessions a plus
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; keen attention to detail
- Understanding of mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS sales motions, sales best practices, and KPIs
- Required systems experience: Experience administering Salesforce; Certified Admin a plus; using GenAI tools like ChatGPT in a business setting
- Preferred systems experience: Gong, Clay, and Zapier
- Excel skills to Intermediate level

- Base salary of $100,000 plus bonus.
