Estimated length of assignment: 3+ months 

Purpose

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent team. The Recruiting Coordinator will be a central point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about enabling teams to hire the best talent.

The Role
  • Candidate Experience: Manage scheduling of interviews, candidate communication, and travel arrangements while ensuring a world-class candidate journey.
  • Hiring Team Support: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics, panel alignment, and feedback collection.
  • Process Management: Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), monitor pipelines, and prepare candidate status reports.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in creating and posting job descriptions, career site updates, and support recruiting events or initiatives that showcase Divergent’s culture.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows, communication touchpoints, and recruiting operations.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive candidate and company information with discretion and professionalism.
Basic Qualifications
  • Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (tech or manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate care.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Workspace).
  • A team-first mindset, flexibility, and eagerness to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
  • Experience in fast-paced start-up environments.
  • Experience supporting university recruiting or internship programs.


Pay Range
$32$45 USD
