12Twenty is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst (Contract/Contract To Hire) to play an integral role in ensuring quality through the software development lifecycle. This includes writing test scripts, reproducing and tracking defects, verifying fixes, and participating in design analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with technical and business resources to understand requirements for each project affecting any component of the application. Learn individual components of system to facilitate the development and execution of comprehensive test plans

• Develop, execute and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts as requirements evolve

• Work to minimize risk by identifying, communicating and escalating issues appropriately to management

• Perform manual and exploratory testing as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience working in the software development lifecycle

• Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing

• Experience with issue/defect tracking tools such as JIRA or test case management tools such as Test Rail.

• Experience executing and coordinating integration, system, regression and user-acceptance testing

• Demonstrated ability to work in team-based environments.

• Must be very detail oriented and be able to find the root cause of defects

• Experience writing automation scripts (BONUS)

• Must live in L.A. area

• At least 1-3 years of direct experience as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst or engineer working on major application integration and/or major product releases required.
