QA Manager

We are looking for QA Manager that is self-motivated, technology-driven, organized and detail oriented. The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert for any features developed by the team, and collaborate with other departments to ensure testing aligns with our customer workflows and process.

What you'll do

• Review product design documentation and ensure that features are developed according to design
• Leverage limited resources for complex and changing test requirements
• Write Unit and Integration Tests in C# using Visual Studio and Xamarin
• Analyze complicated software systems and develop manual and automated test solutions
• Identify improvements in the test and development processes; build the necessary automated tools to address needs
• Create/Evaluate test tools to improve test process and quality
• Work closely with development to facilitate unit test and integration test

What you'll need

• BS in Computer Science
• Prior experience architecting, building and maintaining Test Automation Framework for Unit, API and User Interface Tests
• 5+ years of software QA testing experience for Desktop, Mobile or Cloud based applications
• 3+ years of experience leading, managing, and mentoring a team
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a software developer
• Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, Ruby, JavaScript
• Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms
• Ability to troubleshoot network protocols (i.e. TCP/IP; network infrastructure)
• Proven record of building solid test plans and test automation solutions
• Experience in test case generation
• Experience collaborating and communicating with other teams
• Shows creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience working in an Agile environment
