Sr. Project Manager - Contact Center

We are currently searching for a couple experienced Project Managers / Scrum Masters. These are full-time positions (W2 employees) and you will have the opportunity to work with a very exciting and growing company. We are primarily recruiting for technical PM’s, who have experience working deploying Contact Centers and Unified Communications Systems. Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira is also required.
Job Requirements:
* Experience as Project Manager (minimum 3-4 years)
* Diverse experience using multiple frameworks such as Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc. is strongly desired
* Must have prior experience with, and a deep understanding of, Jira
* Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of Agile/Scrum and be able to teach new people the framework
* Must have prior experience deploying large scale Contact Centers
* Prior experience deploying Unified Communication systems is a plus
* Prior experience working on projects that involve setting up cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS or Azure strongly preferred
* Prior experience working on Infrastructure projects such as data center migrations, server upgrades, network upgrades, etc.
* Ability to work independently, without much supervision, and ensure project goals are met
* Prior experience consulting is strongly desired
* Ability to prepare status reports and related project documentation
* Excellent communication skills – written and oral
