Senior Program Manager, DEI at ServiceTitan

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, DEI to drive learning opportunities and build internal programs to develop and retain talent from a diverse set of backgrounds. This role reports to our Director of DEI and provides access/visibility across the business.
*Location: Glendale, CA (headquarters) -- Open to fully remote w/ travel to CA at least once a quarter (TBD based upon travel restrictions due to COVID-19)
What You’ll Do:
Design and deliver company-wide DEI trainings, educational programs, and mentorship and career development initiatives to ensure that all Titans have the resources, networks, and opportunities to thrive in their careers
Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for our Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams to embed DEI throughout the learning and recruiting ecosystems
Partner with managers, business units, HR Business Partners, and employee resource groups to facilitate internal conversations around DEI topics, diagnose barriers to advancement, and develop targeted DEI learning opportunities and talent advancement programs
Define key metrics, track outcomes, and regularly report on the impact inclusion programs are having on our Titans and our business
Be an integral part of the DEI team, leveraging research, data, and best practices to shape and execute ServiceTitan’s overall DEI strategy
What You'll Bring:
Previous work experience in DEI and/or L&D
Strong written and verbal communicator with experience presenting to a variety of audiences both in-person and remotely
Data-centric problem solver, comfortable with designing success metrics, analyzing and reporting on data, and communicating business value
Cross-functional collaborator with a track record of managing strategy and execution and handling multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter motivated by the opportunity to create, implement, and grow new programs
