Project Manager, As Part of our Product Team
Enervee is the leading marketplace SaaS provider to the utility industry. The key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of our product and development teams. We’re currently searching for an experienced project manager to join us and continue our tradition of success and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level initiatives. To be successful in the role, you must have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture project success from inception to completion.
Our Project Manager can be located anywhere in the US and you will be working closely with team members and partners located in Pacific, Central and Eastern time zones.
How you will make an impact
Coordinate and maintain project initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
Develop project assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
Coordinate across multiple product teams and business groups, helping to ensure project goals are reached
Be the keeper of knowledge and communication of the product group
Responsibilities
Work closely with product owners, scrum masters, and cross-functional teams, to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
Support and coordinate across product owners for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and track dependencies across project initiatives
Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
Own the development and tracking of gantt charts for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Work with product owners and scrum masters to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce project reports for management and stakeholders
Set, lead and document all project related meetings, tracking and reporting
Be the librarian and keeper of all documentation including and most importantly the product roadmap

Job requirements
What you bring to the team
Bachelor’s degree in business administration technical field
3+ years in an advanced project management role within technology company (preference given to those with PMP certification)
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of software development process within an agile scrum environment
Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
Strong working knowledge Jira and Confluence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization
Strong technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks.
