We are looking for a rockstar Project Manager to manage various project scopes and workflows to ensure successful execution and hitting company and team goals.
Responsibilities
Develop processes to ensure successful execution and delivery of client deliverables.
Plan and manage project workflows and communications, ensuring effective exchange of creative, campaign information, assets and platform integrations.
Develop and own accurate project timeline, master calendar, schedules, and other documentation as needed.
Oversee and communicate project status, timelines, budgets, deliverables, goals and expectations with stakeholders and team members.
Work with account teams to define project scopes and statements of work, clarifying requirements, and explaining executable ideas clearly.
Work with the Client Success team in managing client requests by prioritizing team workflow and delivery.
Forecast operation needs based on sales projection.
Enforce workflow process and quality assurance procedures to ensure successful execution as measured by company goals and client satisfaction.
Identify problem areas to continue to improve efficiency and quality of the workflow process.
Use project management tools to ensure jobs flow well through departments and deadlines are met.
Position qualifications:
3+ years' experience in a Project Management capacity in the marketing, advertising or technology industry.
High competency and proven track record of project management.
High proficiency in project management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.
Superb attention to detail, highly organized, good judgement, and great follow up skills.
Knowledge and understanding of marketing and social platforms.
