As Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the effort to manage packaging and accessory creation from sample to mass production. You’ll work with cross-functional teams from product development, creative, technical, and overseas operations to ensure best-in-class products while managing cost and budget goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage package/accessory product development and innovation for all Hush private label products
• Work with overseas team to source and vet new factories for product packaging and accessories — including paper, plastic, metal, glass, soft goods, accessories and more
• Work with creative team to bring their ideas and designs to life, providing technical feedback to enhance designs and/or to make ideas feasible
• Work with technical and product development team to ensure product/formula compatibility
• Manage timelines and track sample production/project status and progress to ensure on schedule delivery
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers
• Create test plans for quality control and work with factories to ensure compliance
• Explore competitive landscape to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, best-in-class products, and innovation 
• Work with design team and manufacturers to create technical specs to develop both stock and custom packages
• Travel as needed (trade shows, contract manufacturers)

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and 2+ years relevant work experience or equivalent experience
• Ability to balance product goals, cost targets, and deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Highly detail oriented and organized
• Desire to take ownership over projects from inception to completion
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a self directed approach to push projects forward
