What we are looking for…

A dynamic Project Manager, Onboarding & Property Operations to drive physical installations of all of our new property onboards and build our in-home guest experience. This person will own the operations of the physical experience of AvantStay properties. They will manage a team of traveling onboarding managers to support the installation of FF&E and OS&E as well as the sustainment and improvement of property-level information for our internal database. They will also work cross-functionally with other departments to create, execute, and continuously build upon AvantStay’s property-level brand standards.

What you'll do...

• Create and manage project plans and teams to ensure project deliverables and completion dates are met.
• Build the physical onboarding process flow including how the Operations team works with the other departments crucial to the entire onboarding process.
• Design and build AvantStay’s in-home guest experience, including brand standards, by working cross-functionally with teams such as Design, Procurement, Onboarding, Partnerships, and more.
• Manage AvantStay’s semi-annual property audit program to ensure all properties in the portfolio are properly maintained and property-level information is kept current.
• Proactively oversee and evaluate project activities, builds contingency plans, and executes corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks.
• Communicate project status to senior management.
• Monitor the onboarding process for potential issues and escalates issues as needed to ensure installation schedules are maintained.
• Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the onboarding process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase guest satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance our technical and operational capability.

What you'll bring...

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 2+ years of project management experience, including managing large-scale, complex projects that encompass organizational change, operational restructuring, business process redesign, and systems implementations
• Experience working in hospitality or short-term rentals a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and in often ambiguous environments
• Passion for working with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders
