Veritone’s MARVEL.ai is the fastest growing division within the company.  Veritone offers a custom synthetic voice cloning solution that allows you to securely and ethically create and monetize synthetic voices in real or digitally immersive worlds. Our team takes a hands-on approach and works with clients to acquire the necessary training data to create a custom voice that you can transform into different languages, dialects, accents, genders and more. In addition to our managed service, MARVEL.ai is a self-serve application enabling users to create text-to-speech voice projects with stock voices.

What You’ll Do

• Help shape the definition of customer solutions.  Working closely with pre-sales teams, you will help ensure goals, scope, and approach are agreed upon for custom voice solutions. This may include helping with gathering requirements, keeping track of budget, and generating timelines to support managed service projects.
• Become familiar with MARVEL.ai service offerings.  Familiarize yourself with the MARVEL.ai modalities and their capabilities. Areas of project management that are specific to this opportunity at Veritone may include - editing audio training data, training new voices, assisting with advertising creative, longform audio creation, and simple workflow (API) knowledge.
• Support project delivery against established milestones. You will assist in building a project management plan to ensure milestones are being tracked, resources are assigned, and progress is made. You will begin to be able to identify major risks to make sure they don’t allow deviation from scope, quality, timelines and budget for your particular account.
• Make our tools and processes better.  You will begin to understand the MARVEL.ai tools needed to deliver a solution. You will also enjoy being creative in coming up with better ways to achieve the desired results.
• Be comfortable being uncomfortable.  Each project or statement of work will be its own unique program, always different from the last even for a like service.  You will feel uncomfortable at times in wondering how you will deliver the program.  As you begin working on new projects, you will apply learnings from along the way to optimize process, documentation, etc to continuously improve. 

What You'll Need

• 2+ years experience as Project or Account Manager preferably with SaaS industry or advertising operations experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to make sure internal and external alignment and expectations are set.
• Experience working through complex projects. You're used to driving projects from concept through launch and beyond.
