Job Description
Global Title Management Operations (GTMO) is responsible for accurate and timely maintenance and distribution of NBCUniversal (NBCU) product title metadata and unique identifiers worldwide. GTMO provides data governance, establishes process, monitors compliance, and resolves data-related issues across NBCU entertainment business units, including Peacock, feature film, broadcast and cable television, direct-to-video, digital media, consumer products, News, and Sports. The Global Title Management (GTM) application is the primary tool used by GTMO and its related businesses to collect and distribute title ID's and metadata.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in technical or quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience • 3+ years of professional work experience in the motion picture, television and/or home entertainment industry• 3+ years of professional work experience supporting communications, strategy, training, project management, operations, and report development or related experience• Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization• Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to coordinate team members across disparate global teams• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills• Must be willing to work remotely and in the Universal City office• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols in select work settings or where jurisdictionally mandated.• Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.
Desired Characteristics• Basic proficiency in use of Windows-based computer applications, experience with database technology and with NBCU Information Systems• Knowledge of studio-wide operations, including distribution (theatrical, TV, home video), legal/contract analysis, finance/accounting, and technical services• Demonstrated industry knowledge, as well as proactive thinking.• Strong strategic thinking skills, including ability to think critically, bridging strategy and goals to actionable opportunities.• Highly collaborative, able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams• Previous experience working with remote delivery teams• Results-oriented with initiative to work until job is complete• Adaptable performer who can lead effectively under pressure and significant change • Passion for technology, metadata, data governance, streaming, and digital media

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of moderately-to-highly complex projects, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time.
- Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings and written, electronic and graphic reports.
- Develops, maintains, and manages detailed project plans, action items and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects.
- Monitor and creates project deliverables.
- Coordinates with other work streams, projects and initiatives which may impact successful completion of project.
- Lead and partner with business, product & developer workstreams to execute MVP technology deliverables
- Work closely with Director to manage senior stakeholders through plan preparation, status updates, risk planning and facilitating meetings.
- Provides research and assistance to leadership in the development and design of new projects.
- Create and manage required project documentation and required reports
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert of the area and perform knowledge transfer to the Product and Technical teams. Will need to effectively communicate requirements and business processes.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
