Reporting to the Project Manager of Customer Experience, this individual will be contributing to the process of research on customer sentiment, with the ultimate goal of assisting the Senior Manager and VP of customer experience with special projects that enable other departments within ServiceTitan to increase the customer experience. Some of the projects that will be building out a platform to respond to social-media posts about ServiceTitan, building out a communication structure to notify other departments of customer concerns, and relaunching the ServiceTitan Community. 

As our Project Manager, Customer Experience, you will: 

  • Manage initiatives and new market project plans, including holding relevant stakeholders accountable to timelines and commitments, as well as identifying risks 
  • Conduct analysis and create dashboards to assess impact and timeline of initiative. 
  • Drive process improvements and efforts to improve team efficiency 
  • Establish quality working relationships with internal stakeholders cross-functionally across entire organization 
  • Contribute material input to go/no-go/continue decisions upon test completion 
  • Company first mentality, which includes giving constructive and direct feedback to team members 
  • Most importantly, have fun! 

To be successful in this role, you'll need: 

  • 3-5 years of related project management experience 
  • Expert analytical skills, ability to seamlessly use, Excel, Google Sheets, & Google Slides 
  • Great time management and excellent communication skills 
  • Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, 
  • Expert level of influence and ability to remove internal and external obstacles 
  • Love our customers: we want people that relish in our customers’ success

  • Love to learn: you challenge yourself to learn the best new sales/process/workflow/etc methodologies and techniques

  • Home Services experience a strong plus
