Project Coordinator
Position Overview
InvestCloud is looking for dynamic and accomplished individuals seeking to expand personal knowledge and expertise in project coordination with emphasis on information technology and software development. This position is appropriate for self-starters with strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent command of project coordination approaches and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field and be highly capable of quickly mastering new key concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Work with project managers and Head of Delivery from project initiation to completion
Understand resource allocation tools and project communication tools
Break down projects into milestones, deliverables and activities
Facilitate client meeting agendas
Create and distribute relevant project status reports detailing objectives, tasks, accomplishments, concerns, action steps and budgetary details
Prepare weekly client-facing status reports
Prepare weekly internal status report
What We Look For
Experienced Project Coordinators with 1 + years experience in the software development industry
Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Team player
Tech-savvy
Excellent communicator
Excellent presentation skills
Superior time management skills
Ability to handle a fast paced environment and stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism
