What we are looking for…

A Project Associate, Excellence who is passionate about utilizing their skills in project management, process improvement, and data analytics to create the ideal guest experience. They will report directly to the Project Manager, Excellence and assist them in driving project completion and process improvements across the Operations department and greater AvantStay organization. 

What you'll do...

• Assist in managing project timelines and deliverable completion across multiple departments and teams
• Ideate solutions for continuous improvement in operational workflows
• Drive efficiencies and take our property operations and guest experience to the next level
• Analyze and report on performance data to guide the greater Operations department towards meeting KPI metrics
• Communicate project statuses to their direct manager
• Ad hoc projects as requested by their direct manager

What you'll bring...

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
• 2+ years experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, real estate, consulting, or another related field
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Previous exposure to process improvement and project management methodologies such as six sigma a plus 
• Experience using Salesforce and project management software (Asana or other) preferred
• Strong analytical, strategic, and collaborative skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work with others in a compassionate and empathetic manner
• Ability to understand and convey both business issues and technical concepts
• Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team environment
• Capable of quickly learning new software systems
• Excellent communication skills and close attention to detail
