Product Manager
We're seeking a Product Manager to dig into our product and understand our customers and their needs. This role will work closely with our product and engineering teams to execute on projects based on what’s identified by the Account Management team, creating a cohesive experience across the SimplePractice ecosystem. This individual will work closely with Sr. Product Managers to drive projects from concept through launch, and beyond.

Initial Responsibilities
- Review and understand the structure of settings in the SimplePractice core application.
- Work closely with Product Manager, Account Management to develop key profile platform capabilities needed to connect applications across the ecosystem.
- Leverage business analysis and data-driven insights to improve account management experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to scope new features and inform the product direction.
- Work autonomously yet closely with other product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to take product ideas from concept to launch.
- Identify, define, build, launch, and iterate on features that add value for our customers across the SimplePractice ecosystem.
- Become an expert in our product and and the professional lifecycle of our customers to quickly provide value.

Requirements
- At least 2 years experience working with product or engineering teams to define and ship technology products.
- Loves working with others and being an active player.
- Comfort collaborating with other teams in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
- Comfort with breaking down complex problems that have many dependencies.
- Capable of seeing the big picture and strategizing on behalf of our users.
- Experience conducting interviews with customers to uncover product opportunities.
- Drive to understand underlying problems, test assumptions and iterate on solutions.
- Comfortable presenting in large groups.
- Nice to have - Experience in a startup.
- Nice to have - Experience in SaaS product.
