With the launch of Snap Kit, our new set of developer tools, we’re enabling developers to build incredible new product experiences that leverage some of Snapchat’s best features. To help drive adoption of Snap Kit with the developer community, ensure partner success and happiness we are looking for a motivated and experienced partnership project manager professional to work with third party developers and internal Snap teams to build and ship best-in-class Snap Kit product integrations.
As a member of the Platform Partnerships team, you’ll work directly with strategic developer partners and lead cross-functional collaboration in order to launch partner integrations and ensure our partners are able to leverage the Snap platform to drive success and partner satisfaction. Working from our Santa Monica, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with Product, Business Development, Engineering, Legal, Design, Communications and Marketing to project manage partner integrations, post-launch optimization and partner feedback. This role will work across Snap’s platform products (Snap Kit, Lens Studio and others) to deliver products that drive innovative new features, successful business outcomes and customer satisfaction for our partners and engaging experiences for the Snapchat Community.
What you’ll do:
Manage partner integrations with Creative Kit, Bitmoji Kit, Login Kit, Story Kit and other Snap platform products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with those partners to drive success and satisfaction
Manage Snap Platform Partnerships internal strategic projects
Provide post-launch strategic analysis and recommendations for driving partner satisfaction and success
Support and coordinate new product launches
Communicate partner feedback to Product, Business Development and Engineering teams to inform product roadmap and prioritization
Resolve and triage partner challenges
Track and analyze key metrics that measure partner success and value.
Serve as the “voice of the partner” within Snap, disseminating relevant information to internal stakeholders shareholders as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in strategic partnership and project management roles at companies building consumer facing products
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications:
Proficiency in designing and managing highly organized processes and workflows across internal and external organizations.
Proficiency with project management tools and processes.
Proven track record in cross functional collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units.
Strong professional network of both large and small developers across multiple consumer app verticals a plus.
Excellent writing skills.
Understanding of developer APIs with the ability to speak to high-level developer integration questions
