Platform Integrity Program Manager

We’re looking for a Project Lead to join Team Snapchat! As a member of the the Platform Integrity team, you will work to develop and update policies and work cross-functionally to anticipate policy and workflow needs for new products. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with the legal, public policy, engineering, and design teams to ensure our policies remain up-to-date and relevant to our operational needs.
What you’ll do:
- Identify operational pain points and determine how to reduce those pain points with effective policy
- Understand the wide range of our policies and make sure they are up-to-date
- Build a centralized home for housing all policies
- Oversee training materials for team members throughout the world
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop necessary workflows and policies for new products
Minimum qualifications:
- College degree
- 2+ years of experience working in operations at a tech or media company
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a company
- Experience designing scalable and human-centric processes that drive positive results
- Creative problem solver that develops unique solutions for seemingly unsolvable problems
- Ability to initiate and execute projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player
- Process driven individual with a proven track record of identifying gaps and implementing new processes
- Customer-driven with a passion for supporting Snapchatters
