Marketing Project Manager-2 at Snap Inc.
We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join Snap Inc! Working closely with the Marketing team, you will be responsible for project managing consumer facing creative projects, owning communications and process while exercising project controls. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, the project manager must plan and demonstrate a cohesive understanding of the deliverables, tasks, dependencies, team resourcing, and process. In addition, the PM must constantly assess project risks and communicate contingency plans to the necessary stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
Own the successful execution and delivery of consumer-facing creative assignments and projects across a variety of formats, including digital, video, and out-of-home
Plan and manage all project communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of creative, campaign information, and assets for delivery
Work with team leads to properly vet, brief, and greenlight projects
Develop and own accurate project timeline, master project calendar, workback schedules, and other documentation and specs as needed
Clearly communicate timelines, budgets, deliverables, goals and expectations with stakeholders and Marketing team members
Setup and schedule creative brief-in, kickoff, and creative reviews in advance; ensure all meetings have clear agendas, meeting recap notes, and actionable next steps
Ensure the final creative products are consistent with the brief and timeline
Ensure real-time communication within respective project teams and stakeholders
8+ years in the industry or related experience, developing film and content-related projects and managing large creative and client projects
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
High competency and proven track record of project management of large engagements and integrated creative projects
Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel, while working with geographically dispersed teams
Demonstrated experience running large engagements and integrated creative projects
Experience with various projects types, including web, mobile, video and brand
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members across departments (sales team members, graphic designers, leadership team members, engineers, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
International experience a plus
Superb attention to detail, good judgement, and listening skills
