Job objective: This is an exciting role in a growing company. The ideal candidate for the position will be well organized, proactive, and familiar with general project management, agile processes and scheduling. You will be part of a growing IT and cybersecurity team inside a dynamic and challenging environment. The team is focused on developing long term solutions, transformative IT and company-wide cybersecurity and compliance efforts.

Duties

• Act as lead project manager for the IT and Cybersecurity department.
• Manage IT and Cybersecurity sprints, standups and planning meetings.
• Work as cross-team and cross-department liaison for IT and Cybersecurity deployments.
• Manage vendor relationships, large order procurement and bidding processes.
• Capture meeting data, action items and other critical data points.
• Develop roadmaps, workflows, dashboards and other visual mappings.
• Assist with tracking team-level OKRs, trainings and other metrics.
• Assist with scheduling, logistics and meeting planning.
• Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, startup-like, environment
• Systematic problem-solving approach with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams, customers, and external vendors
• Experience with Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.
• Experience with common corporate technology stack platforms including G-Suite, Office 365, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Zoom, etc.
• US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident (future security clearance may be required)

Desired Qualifications

• Startup experience and/or Defense/Aerospace/Military experience
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Experience and/or interest in Information Security and Cybersecurity
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Collaborative; capable of working across all levels of the organization
• Organized; comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• PMP or other relevant certifications.
