What we are looking for…

The Integrations Lead will work closely with the M&A and Leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives, oversee merger and acquisition integrations from start to finish, and work cross-functionally across the company to communicate related deliverables and objectives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally and take a strategic and optimization approach to the role.


What you’ll do…

  • Lead M&A integration efforts by driving integration strategy, supporting the due diligence process, developing and executing on integration plans, and measuring deal success against deal metrics
  • Partner with executives, functional leaders, and their teams to ensure overall integration preparedness, resourcing, and alignment
  • Build comprehensive integration plans, aggregate information, inform departments of deal progress and hold stakeholders accountable to ensure pre-transaction closing preparedness
  • Identify and implement best practices for the M&A integration process, developing repeatable and scalable processes
  • Rapidly identify issues pertaining to acquisition, succinctly communicate those issues to the appropriate teams, and work to resolve the issues
  • Continuously improve integration capabilities by identifying and developing process improvements, best practices, and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team​
  • Collaborate with target company leadership, ensuring robust internal and external alignment
  • Manage deal integration project team that collaborates with functional experts across the company. Ensure project roles and responsibilities are clear and tasks are assigned correctly
  • Own deal scorecards, milestones, and metrics reporting; track and own short- and long-term progress toward deal objectives.

What you’ll bring…

  • 4+ years experience in consulting, project management, business operations
  • 2+ years people management experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Operations or another related field
  • Solution oriented problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate at all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to track and manage complex processes from start to finish
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with others. Experience building trust and nurturing relationships across all organizational departments
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and cross-functional partners, motivating and collaborating while driving results
  • Continuous improvement mindset; ability to seek out and implement internal or external best practices
  • Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and demonstrated experience managing conflict or difficult interpersonal situations
  • Willingness to travel
