At GoGuardian, our Implementation team bridges the customer experience between Sales and Success. The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in driving meaningful onboarding experiences of GoGuardian products for new and existing clients. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with sales, customer success, technical support, marketing, and product teams.

What You'll Do

• Guide trialing and active customers through tailored product onboarding and build value of GoGuardian suite
• Ramp up proactively and quickly when new technical deployments are launched
• Manage onboarding workflow for a high volume of customers undergoing different stages of the sales cycle and experiencing varying levels of need
• Contribute feedback to product managers utilizing customer feedback
• Cultivate and expand portfolio of user education and best practice digital literature
• Deliver virtual and onsite training around product setup and best practices

Who You Are

• Prior experience in a role that combines demanding project management and grit with patience and people skills
• Prior experience in software training, K-12 teaching, adult education, implementation, technical or customer support, coaching, or IT or similar experience
• Strong technical/analytical ability, while being a strong verbal/written communicator
• Ferociously organized and diligent with reporting
• Self-starter who is consistently driven to find new solutions and optimize processes
• Feels brave leaping into the unknown and comfortable with change- agility is key!
