We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist (IDX MLS) to join our growing Client Success team. Are you hyper-organized, always paying attention to detail, and excited about real estate tech? Do you enjoy project management, working with clients, and building strategic partnerships? If so, we’d love to speak with you! 

As an Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with the Website Builder and Client Success team. Working both individually and as part of a team, you will lead and coordinate the setup process of the IDX product feature and additionally serve as the main point of contact for our Multiple Listing Services (MLS) business partners. In this role, you will play an important role in the website implementation process for our clients, who are the world’s elite real estate agents.  

You’re good at:

- Coordinating multiple projects and client requests

- Staying highly organized, with strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Paying attention to detail and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

- Communicating with clients, explaining technical complexities and setting expectations

- Working with people 

You have:

-1+ years working in implementation or client success

- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively

- Optimism when faced with challenges and complex situations

- Drive to solve client issues

- Familiarity with website design and/or development

- An understanding of MLS as a product and how it’s used in the real estate industry

- An interest in Real Estate is a plus 

You excel at:

- CRM and Project Management Tools 

- Staying hyper-organized and critical of details

- Being flexible, dependable and willing to learn

- Positivity and proactivity
