Implementation Project Manager

Role Overview
InStride is currently seeking a masterfully organized Project Manager responsible for driving the coordinated effort to onboard and activate InStride’s new Partners. This role will onboard both new Academic Partners, to expand InStride’s network of available education opportunities for our learners and new Corporate Partners, who are launching life-changing education programs for their employees. Successful candidates are able to run multiple programs at once, collaborating closely with critical internal partners such as Corporate Partner Success, Academic Partner Success, Product, Marketing and Engineering to align timelines and activities across multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensure key activities are completed, track risks and drive resolutions. This position reports to the Director of Operations and Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Planning and Tool Implementation
- Develop and drive tools & methodology for tracking complex projects for both Academic and Corporate Partners
- Identify and implement best-in-class tools for tracking multiple simultaneous implementations and product feature releases
- Build and maintain implementation and product feature adoption dashboards and report status across teams
- Drive internal adoption of project management best practices, including escalation processes and tools
- Implementation and Product Development Monitoring
- Lead planning / scoping of all Corporate Partner and Academic Partner implementations
- Develop and coordinate implementation plans for partners to meet launch goals and decrease time to value
- Create and maintain all internal technical documentation and informative resources (e.g. product knowledge base)
- Understand cross-functional implications of product development and anticipate impact to onboarding partners
- Internal Partner Alignment
- Build and lead forums internally to provide regular implementation updates, resolve risks and ensure execution of every step of plans
- Act as a liaison between the Success, Implementation, Engineering and Product teams for implementation projects
- Ensure swift communication and escalation to internal teams and customers when issues or risks arise
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years of related experience in project management, program management or implementation management for a SaaS technology or software, education technology company
- Technical knowledge of SaaS platforms and other onboarding tools, such as Salesforce, Confluence, Jira and Asana
- Experience creating, implementing, and assessing onboarding and implementation programs
- High detail orientation, with the ability to think and plan strategically
- A self-motivated problem solver with creativity, a strong work ethic, and high energy level
- Excited by the challenge of building a world-class business that delivers not only high revenue growth and compelling return on investment, but also has a meaningful impact on society
- Demonstrate the highest level of integrity with outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to the functioning of higher education institutions through direct experience or deep affiliation with the education industry
- High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality
