System1 is seeking a self-motivated, dynamic individual to join as an Editorial Manager for the lead generation and comparison reviews business line. As the Editorial Manager, you will play an integral role in the ideation, testing and management of the content on all of our marketing-related assets. Your words will shape and help define the tone of voice for our brands and directly impact client growth while driving increased revenue and profitability for the business unit.

What You Can Expect on the Team

• Coordinating, planning, and defining editorial project objectives, scope, roles & responsibilities
• Identifying resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party
• Preparing detailed project plans to schedule key project milestones
• Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to key stakeholders and teams
• Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction

What You Will Bring

• Highly developed written and verbal communication and/or experience working with stakeholders inside and outside an organization
• Established organizational processes and time management techniques, and the ability to independently manage workflow and communicate proactively
• Familiarity with publishing and managing content using WordPress CMS
• Background in writing, editorial, or journalism is beneficial
• Experience with creation of localized content in an international setting is highly desired, but not required
• Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Excel is beneficial, but not required
