After closing our US Series A financing round we are looking to further scale. We have gone from 7 employees to 50, and right now we are looking to grow the team more at this very exciting time. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review customer journey through the site, analyze data and making adjustments with key stakeholders to enhance conversion rates and AOVs across US & EU websites
• Oversee eCommerce Shopify platform including performance monitoring, analysis and development of improvements
• Implement new e-commerce technology geared towards optimizing customer experience
• Oversee (a/b) testing and QA to approve all web programs
• Develop and actively monitor content and merchandising plan for web to ensure ongoing update of website content and sale of product; optimizing as appropriate
• Lead coordination between web/content/graphic designers and external developers, suggesting and implementing appropriate strategies for all online operations, i.e. order processing, fulfillment, marketing and advertising
• Analyze data and identify opportunities for continuous sales improvements
• Implement new e-commerce technology geared towards optimizing customer experience
• Collaborate with Head of Acquisition to maximize site conversion rate and average order value
