As the Director, Growth Partnerships you will be responsible for growing and managing Aspiration’s affiliate channel, which spans over 100+ partners. This position will be responsible for handling all aspects of partner lifecycle management – from initial bounty list creation and outbound prospecting to negotiation and deployment. This is a performance marketing role and success will be determined by attainment to quarterly goals.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue cost-efficient customer acquisition partnerships in the affiliate space (example: Nerd Wallet, Penny Hoarder, Mint.com etc.)
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive pipeline management process for opportunity tracking (Salesforce)
  • Build systematic outbound campaign process for hunting into new potential partners (Email/LinkedIn etc.)
  • Negotiate cost-efficient CPL/CPA affiliate structures and manage the contract and IO process with legal and finance (both internal and external)
  • Partner with product and engineering teams internally to ensure the effective and seamless deployment of new partners through a defined partner success and onboarding framework
  • Partner with Data Science to create robust account management functions for existing relationships to monitor ongoing performance and rebalance spend / traffic accordingly
  • Measure the performance of your accounts and resulting deals against team & company KPIs

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of proven success in leading, building and managing highly effective affiliate channels for direct to consumer software (preferably in the financial services space)
  • Strong leadership skills that inspire commitment to achieve aggressive targets transparently deliver results, and mobilize both internal and external resources with urgency around changing priorities
  • A proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, Segment, Amplitude, Impact Radius, and lead gen tools
  • History of execution (quota attainment) in high growth successful startups
