You'll know you're the ideal candidate for this role if:

  • You have one to two years of experience in a consultancy, brokerage, or another customer success role where you've had experience with HR.
  • You're a high performer who has picked up the hard skills to provide exceptional service to benefit leaders.

What your day will look like:

  • We believe that ambition and well-being positively reinforce each other. You'll join a small team based in a cozy blue bungalow in Venice, CA on Abbot Kinney where we work hard so we can have fun and flexibility. There are two dogs in the office. Our CEO surfs during the workday. Our Director of Customer Success takes a morning off every week to ride horses. We take meetings on walks to the beach. We took the team to Portugal in July.
  • You'll work with our Director of Customer Success to learn successful processes for managing relationships with clients and partners at Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Your work with customers will be mostly done over the phone, but sometimes you'll travel to conferences and customer meetings all over the country.
  • Using a well-defined playbook, you'll project manage the launch of Airbo, including interacting with the Director of Benefits and IT teams.
  • You'll use your creativity to shape communication campaigns and organization skills to coordinate writers.
  • As you learn our engagement strategies, you'll start helping clients reach their goals by applying concepts from gamification, behavioral economics, and more.
  • We value everyones input into the product, and as a Customer Success Consultant, you'll act as the voice of the customer by providing ideas, feedback, and testing features.
  • Our platform tracks engagement data that you'll analyze, present to the customers, and offer ideas for continuous improvement.

What skills and experience will you need?

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a consulting, customer service or customer success related role
  • Strong verbal communication skills developed in a professional services setting - you know how to run a call and can hold your own with senior leaders
  • Excellent writing skills - you've been judging this job post this whole time, and maybe have a change or two you'd like to take creative license with
  • Basic Excel and PPT skills
  • Project management mindset that gets things done on time
  • Detail oriented
  • Passion for technology
  • 4 Year Bachelor’s degree
  • Nice to have: benefits background
