Responsibilities

About the Team With an in-depth understanding of opportunities and deadlocks involved in a company’s globalization journey, an OD Consultant is responsible for enabling leaders and teams to move quicker and stronger in becoming the top player in the region. Consultants at this level are expected to exercise judgment in understanding our organization’s issues and deliver custom solutions that exceed and delight our clients. Consultants should have developed a level of presence and maturity to take lead on multiple, high-impact large projects. Consultants are expected to work collaboratively across stakeholder groups, but also autonomously in developing solutions and more importantly, implementing with high standards. You will work on a variety of projects across organizational strategy, assessment and succession, leadership development, and more. Role & responsibilities include (but not limited to) 1. Derive business, organizational and talent insights key to internet companies going global, help the business to iron out obstacles and build positive synergies through introducing OD tools such as organization diagnostics, structure/process design, competency modelling, innovative performance management, etc. 2. Closely collaborate and advise key stakeholders globally, based on strategic and organizational needs on these people, customize intervention tools/programs to help them improve managerial and business efficiencies. 3. Build online diagnostic and process management tools to extract/monitor organizational/employee productivity trends, deriving insights and opportunities to catalyze needed organizational changes, providing full-change-management-solution - from designing, delivering, tracking to evaluating and iterating after. 4. Some regional projects include: a. Cascading and localizing role requirement/job family framework from HQ in local markets to support local employees’ career growth expectations and facilitate organization planning. b. Support the business in identify key positions and high potentials for pipeline building and succession planning. c. Implementing organizational diagnostic & people analytics tools (HC planning, eLearning platform, employee engagement dashboard, etc) or channels to constantly monitor organizational health. d. Participate in designing and executing global OD initiatives that cover all HQ and regional offices.

Qualifications

1. Deeply insightful and passionate about organizational capability building in the internet industry, able to continuous dive deep in frontier research and iterate them via work practice and framework/tools design. 2. >7 years of experience in HR or specifically OD in large or medium-sized multinational enterprises (internet companies preferred), or >5 years of consulting experience in internationally renowned consulting firms. 3. Possess seasoned expertise in industry research, org diagnostics, people/data analytics. Candidates with online tools and survey/assessment platform design experience are preferred. 4. Able to facilitate large & complex projects, possess a strong sense of interpersonal sensitivity, resourcefulness and teamwork are preferred. 5. Bachelor’s degree or above, candidates with a professional degree in HRM/corporate management/psychology and with overseas studies experience are preferred.
