As the Compensation Manager, you will collaborate with People Partners and business leaders to design and implement compelling compensation programs for Bird employees.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Bird’s compensation philosophy, design and deliver programs company-wide
• Build and maintain relationships with People Partners and business leaders on compensation program evolution and new initiatives
• Stay on top of best practices and industry trends
• Perform analysis on effectiveness, competitiveness and fairness of existing programs
• Build compensation-related training to hiring managers
• Hire, train and develop a compensation analyst
• Consult on new hire offer packages to ensure alignment to market and internal teams
• Design and maintain effective compensation governance company wide

What You'll Need:

• BA/BS in related field
• 5+ years of experience in compensation consulting
• Ability to influence and develop strong cross-functional working relationships
• Strong project management skills
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Excel mastery
