Responsibilities: - Become an experienced, trusted partner for the Global Communications Team by enhancing cross-regional synergy, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and sharing institutional knowledge when necessary with cross functional teams in policy, legal and marketing to name a few. - Connect the dots, think globally, and coordinate across regions and teams, especially when getting increased visibility into various projects. -Be able to identify significant risks and/or collaboration opportunities, and loop in the right people at the right time. - Support strategic initiatives through project management, in-depth research, and execution to aid in strategic decision making and project deliverables. - Full life-cycle management of risk evaluation requests from different business teams by interpreting business requests accurately and, sometimes, helping relevant internal stakeholders reach consensus in a timely manner. - Identify areas of concern and inefficiencies in collaboration in order set up processes to improve workflow. - Hold the Global Communications Team responsible to a robust, metrics-driven reporting program to create clear accountability and regularly measure and communicate success.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or related field. - 3+ years of working experience in a major multinational company or an internet company. - Structural thinking, attention to details, and strong sense of problem solving, especially when facing ambiguity and complexity. - Strong belief in the power of research and understanding of how research can be translated into actionable, practical solutions. - Experience, and more importantly personal interest, in project management in a multi-regional, multi-cultural context. - Outstanding documentation and communication skills. - Determination to face tough challenges in a fast-paced organization while keeping a sense of humor.
