Job Summary

The Center of Excellence ("CoE") for Services is a highly focused team with knowledge of BlackLine solutions, Project Management, Business Processes and Finance Transformation. The CoE is responsible for establishing and enhancing various initiatives for the Services team, including, but not limited to, overall service delivery approach, service offerings, end-to-end customer journey topics, training and change management, methodology and tooling. The CoE can be considered the knowledge base of the company responsible for shepherding new initiatives for the Services team.

The Project Manager, CoE/PMO role is accountable to the Senior Director, COE/PMO and works with the CoE team on building and deploying the initiatives listed above. This is an individual contributor position.

Duties

• Drive innovation in the Services team by standardizing services delivery and performing value-add services based on best practices and industry standards
• Architect and deploy scalable solutions and leading practices across the Services team
• Partner with stakeholder network (GTM, Sales, Marketing, SIT, Product, Customer Success) to successfully implement and train on new services approaches
• Maintain the CoE service catalog/initiatives and prepare KPIs on the overall effectiveness of the respective service offerings
• Create and maintain library of service-related documentation for all BlackLine Products
• Partner with various other departments (i.e. Customer Experience) to improve processes for enhancing the Customer Journey
• Create and maintain the Services team best practices for implementing BlackLine products and solutions
• Develop new service offerings, and creation of corresponding collateral
• Identify ways to upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue and build brand awareness
• Serve as Project Manager for all initiatives listed above, by maintaining project plans and driving initiatives to completion
• Perform other duties as required

Required Qualifications

Years of Experience in Related Field: 4+ years experience in implementation and project management

Education: Bachelors degree required.

Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
