Associate Account Manager

ServiceTitan is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our Business Development team. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Business Development, and will support the entire Business Development team in driving partnership activities. This person will work with the team to manage cross-functional projects and develop / maintain internal processes and programs as it relates to partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Partnership Development and Communication
    • Assist in partnership development by conducting market research, working cross-functionally to build business cases, and building presentations
    • Manage internal communication surrounding partnerships including conducting trainings for customer-facing and sales teams on new partnerships
  • Business Development Program Management
    • Develop and manage systems and processes for customer acquisition, revenue, and partner performance reporting for BD activities
    • Refine processes for and maintain partner referral program
  • Project Management
    • Assemble and organize cross-functional teams to effectively execute assigned projects. This includes managing meeting cadence and driving cross-team interactions
    • Define the scope of the project and establish goals in collaboration with the stakeholders
    • Create detailed work plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete the project with expected impact
    • Enforce discipline with teams and hold them accountable to maintaining focus and executing to the plan

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of in a project management or program management role
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Enthusiasm for a high-growth, constantly evolving work environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience executing on complex projects that include multiple handoffs, keeping team members accountable to deadlines and goals
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong influencing and leadership skills as well as ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Effective presentation and facilitation skills to cross-functional and cross-level audiences
