FabFitFun is looking for a detail-oriented Associate Digital Merchandiser to join our growing Merchandising Department in the West Hollywood HQ! This role will report to the Director of Collections & Trend, and will execute the site merchandising for the seasonal subscription box and corresponding e-Commerce flash sales. This role is responsible for managing the online catalog by onboarding new products, updating assets, and editing product copy. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in translating our brand aesthetic through site merchandising, and is looking to jump-start a career within a dynamic Merchandising Department.

What You’ll Do: 

• Manage website setup, ensuring product upload accuracy and optimal merchandise curation
• Organize and archive all product details, ensuring assets are updated regularly 
• Maintain product shot list and manage samples for all creative photoshoots 
• Identify site bugs and brainstorm future technical improvement opportunities 
• Partner with the Merchandising Project Manager to maintain a daily / weekly / monthly workflow calendar 
• Assist the Director of Collections & Trend by editing PowerPoint decks to showcase collections and assortment offerings 
• Collaborate with the Merchandising team on site presentation strategy to ensure optimal customer experience
• Ad-hoc / miscellaneous department projects as needed 

What You’ll Have:

• 2-3 years of digital merchandising experience, preferably in a fast-paced product-focused company
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Merchandising, Marketing, Business)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills 
• Ability to identify issues and take initiative to problem solve with applicable teams
• Capability to work independently, as well as in a team within a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated degree of curiosity to learn internal systems, processes and additional web-based applications
• Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Bonus Points: Experience with Salesforce, WooCommerce, Wrike, or Asana
