App Review Manager

We’re looking for an App Review Manager to join Team Snapchat! You will play a key role in optimizing operational processes and tooling, as well as helping to interpret and define Snap Kit review policies. You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. Working from our Santa Monica office, you’ll collaborate with the Product, Engineering, Legal and Policy teams to lead operations.
What you’ll do:
Develop and lead Snap Kit operations process that meets goals and helps scale solutions for Snapchat and our developer community
Provide review guidance on developer submissions to ensure they adhere to guidelines; work with the Platform Partnerships team to provide feedback to third-party developers
Deliver key projects within the Snap Kit Review roadmap, including execution; measured progress; and presenting results to stakeholders throughout
Lead vendor management, quality assurance and reporting analysis, including indicators of policy violations or inauthentic behavior
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Experience building applications and developing requirements for process reviews
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of operations experience in a tech company or application review
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited college or university
Preferred qualifications:
Passion for Snapchat
Proven track record of success in optimizing and improving operations; demonstrates a drive for continuous improvement
Looking forward to the challenge of building something from the bottom up
Experience building applications
