App Review Lead
We’re looking for a Snap Kit Review Lead to join Team Snapchat! You will play a key role in optimizing operational processes and tooling, as well as helping to interpret and define policies used by the team. Working from our Santa Monica office, you’ll collaborate with the Product, Engineering, Legal and Policy teams to understand the review process, policy and potential vectors for abuse.
What you’ll do:
Manage Snap Kit review process, enabling them to be a successful, high-performing team that meets goals and helps scale solutions for the business and our developer community
Provide review guidance and make decisions on developer submissions to ensure they adhere to creative and policy guidelines
Manage escalations and triage to appropriate stakeholders including: Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal and Communications
Deliver key projects within the Snap Kit Review roadmap, including execution; measured progress; and presenting results to stakeholders throughout
Identify trends to enhance processes and improve efficiency, while driving longer-term automated solutions
Oversee vendor management, including end-to-end execution of vendor training
Lead quality assurance and reporting analysis, including indicators of policy violations or inauthentic behavior
Work with the Platform Partnerships team to communicate and provide feedback to third-party developers
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited college or university
6+ years of operations experience in a tech company or 4+ years of management consulting experience (specifically working in application review)
Experience building applications and developing requirements for process reviews
Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

Exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive projects with minimal oversight
Meticulous attention to detail, as well as a strong understanding of mobile application development and partnerships
