What We Do**Remote Work Welcome**
We’re a transformative team that is shaping the way First American builds and delivers world-class technology products that fuel the real estate industry. We are looking for a strategic and adaptable Program Manager who excels at managing complexity, connecting strategy to execution, and driving impactful results across multiple cross-functional programs and projects.

The Program Manager leads initiatives with interdependencies that are critical to achieving business goals. This role partners with cross-functional teams to define objectives, create program roadmaps, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning execution with organizational strategy while effectively communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. You take pride in turning vision into actionable plans that create tangible impact—solving challenges, fostering alignment, and bringing clarity to ambiguity through collaboration and accountability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage multiple programs or projects of moderate to high complexity independently.

  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, roadmaps, scopes, schedules, and governance frameworks.

  • Drive tactical execution while balancing shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

  • Monitor and mitigate program risks, ensuring consistent progress and delivery success.

  • Communicate program status, issues, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and impact.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to anticipate challenges, remove barriers, and drive accountability.

  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

  • Continuously improve program management practices to enhance consistency and effectiveness across teams.

  • Facilitate alignment across business functions and ensure initiatives deliver tangible business value.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Proven ability to design, develop, and execute large-scale programs with measurable results.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail.

  • Skilled communicator with strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to identify issues, assess risks, and solve problems proactively and independently.

  • Proficiency with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.

  • Leadership skills to influence without authority and inspire collaboration across teams.

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (preferred).

  • PMP or PgMP certification (preferred).

Pay Range: $109,650 - $146,175 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
