Your Purpose 
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee multiple programs, collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a strong track record of executing and delivering impactful results efficiently.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in a role requiring strong organizational skills, fast execution, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong Communicator: You excel at producing clear, concise, and actionable written communications (emails, reports, etc.) as well as oral in English.
  • Problem Solver: You are skilled at resolving conflicts and unblocking teams when they encounter challenges.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Organized: You are able to manage multiple projects and timelines, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Agile Expert: You have experience working within Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and are comfortable with iterative project management.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have experience with tools like Jira for managing tasks, sprints, and issues, and experience with tools like Jellyfish is a plus. 

What You Will Do

  • Reporting on Progress: Prepare clear, concise reports for internal stakeholders to inform decision-making on investment allocations and prioritization. Additionally, you will identify, track, and report on PMO metrics to leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Process Ownership (SDLC): You will contribute to the development of new processes, standards, and operational plans that support the achievement of company objectives. By leading retrospectives with product and engineering teams, you'll gather insights on what’s working and what needs improvement. Using this feedback, you'll refine and update the product development process. This role requires the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders to drive impactful changes.
  • Program Management: Manage and oversee multiple programs, ensuring effective resource allocation and alignment with company objectives. Develop and track comprehensive project/product plans, timelines, and progress across various initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management and Cross-Department Collaboration: Identify key stakeholders and proactively manage their expectations. We are looking for a collaborative individual who excels at facilitating cross-team communication and working effectively with diverse roles and work styles to ensure alignment on program goals and objectives.
  • Jira Support & Tools Management: Serve as the go-to person for product managers and engineering managers on best practices for using Jira effectively. You will be responsible for creating and managing teams, boards, and work cycles within Jira. You will also continuously assess the need for additional or alternative tools to centralize project information and content efficiently.
