- Support the Framework for Change: Understand the structural framework necessary to support successful organizational or process change driven by the project, including understanding processes for enablement, IT, and other departments involved in change management.
- Reporting and Transparency: Establish and maintain clear, consistent communication channels. Prepare and present regular project status updates and executive summaries to ensure alignment and transparency on project health, scope changes, and resource allocation.
- Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive repository of project documentation, decisions, and artifacts using tools like Confluence to ensure auditability and knowledge transfer.
- UAT and Deployment: Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, coordinating sign-offs from business stakeholders and ensuring a smooth, controlled deployment of new QTC processes and system features.
- Project Leadership: Act as the project leader, mapping out key milestones and decisions, and relentlessly driving all project deliverables forward to completion.
- Neutral Party: Demonstrate the ability to operate as a neutral and objective facilitator, balancing diverse stakeholder perspectives to achieve common goals.
- Oversight: Oversee the project's timeline, scope, and success metrics, ensuring projects remain on track and deliver intended value.

- Proactive Risk Management: Expertly identify risks and blockers, communicating them effectively through the proper escalation channels.
- Sponsorship Identification: Proactively identify potential gaps in project sponsorship and work to secure the necessary executive buy-in and support.
- Deliver to Scope & Exit: Possess the discipline to deliver to the defined scope of the project, ensuring successful completion, and then effectively transition the project outcomes and exit, allowing operational teams to take ownership.
- Outcome Monitoring Facilitation: Facilitate the workstream to support the creation and ongoing monitoring of project outcomes, ensuring sustained impact.
