Job Description
NBCUniversal is looking for a seasoned Production Office Services Coordinator in Universal City, CA to join our dynamic team. Under the general direction of the Manager, be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects for Production Office Spaces. You will oversee all aspects of production, including optimizing customer experience, cross level communication, and delivering captivating creative solutions to our clients
What You'll Do:

  • Work with Production Manager to outline key occupancy dates and layouts
  • Tailor services and personalized assistance to meet the unique needs of each client as they occupy office space
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery & completion of requests and materials, fostering seamless collaboration
  • Participate in office filming scouts by producing and vetting location options
  • Deliver established guidelines and document conditions to ensure space is restored to original condition
  • Collaborate closely with finance to issue, track and rectify production accounts
  • Lead efforts to assign and track production office parking across the campus and certify users are within limits
  • Conduct monthly space assessments to monitor conditions
  • Monitor space calibration changes and update applications to reflect new data
  • Research and produce reports, documents, and general correspondence to highlight production activity
  • Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams leveraging transferable skills to provide additional support based on workload, deadlines, or resource constraints.
  • Help create a cohesive and collaborative environment within the department and function as a resource when the manager is unavailable
  • Offer general administrative support, handling office inquiries, and performing other clerical duties as required.

  • Impeccable attention to detail- You attract repeat business by your ability to coordinate production schedules and balance multiple clients while staying focused on individual needs.


What You Must Have:

  • 3+ years of proven production experience
  • A high-performance team player who operates efficiently and with empathy in a fast-paced team-oriented setting.
  • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information.
  • Understanding how to prioritize and respond accordingly in the best interest of the team.
  • Flexibility of schedule to service production timelines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and work order management systems such as Archibus & RentalWorks
  • Ability to work evenings as needed to accommodate office move schedules and rush requests from productions as needed

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Familiarity working in a studio operations environment
  • Familiarity with studio production needs and requirements


Additional Requirements:

  • Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.


This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
