TikTok Monetization Product Manager - Ads
Responsibilities
TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo. 1. Responsible for ads product on TikTok, including ads format, new surfaces monetization, vertical solutions. 2. Own features and experiments end-to-end, including ideation, writing product specs, lifecycle management, feature backlog and roadmap management. 3. Conduct research on both user and advertiser side to analyze and identify the opportunities. 4. Define success metrics and drive implementation in close collaboration with designers, engineers, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above. 2. 5+ years of experience, 2+ years of ad product experience. 3. Good empathy and judgement, focus, self-motivated. 4. Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role and experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. 5. Analytical ability and data/result driven. 6. Ability of execution and quickly find best practice. 7. Experience of working with advertisers and agencies is a bonus.
