Technical Vendor Manager

About the Role:
GoodRx is looking for a self driven Technical Vendor Manager to manage our customer service tools and vendor relationships. This individual will partner with our internal teams and external agencies to identify and incorporate tools to streamline our support and customer experience. This person will use data to identify common issues, recommend and implement new tools/features while serving as a trusted partner in managing new tooling implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Set the vendor strategy for all tools utilized by the customer support team, including CRM, ticketing, telephony and other communication channels
- Prioritize necessary tools and features, build consensus, and coordinate with the support team to deliver high-quality experiences to customers
- Establish clear channels of communication with customers and stakeholders across the company to determine tooling needs and requirements
- Extract data, create dashboards and make data driven decisions to improve the agent and customer experience
- Manage technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Research customer issues and support specifically related to prescription drug pricing
- Work closely with the support and pricing ops teams to identify trends and improve CRM and tooling strategy
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best-in-class tools related to customer support
- Be consistently excited about providing world-class support to thousands of customers every month
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of technical vendor management experience or equivalent product management / product ownership experience
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Experience working on a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and partners
- Strong user experience sensibilities and appreciation for minimal interface design
- Strong use of analytics, user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
- Solid technical knowledge either through formal education or professional experience
- Experience working in an enterprise software environment a plus
- Experience working for a startup a plus
- Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Experience working with cloud-based tools (CRM, telephony, ticketing, and chat)is a plus
