We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who will collaborate with our Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership teams to drive our fraud products forward. You will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative and product minded team to build project management tools you would actually want to use. We aim to empower our teams to have responsibility over the applications they deliver, and you will provide the expertise, tooling, and structure to enable that.


What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to set the long-term vision of the Telesign suite of solutions
  • You will act as a key product expert, evangelist, and advocate for initiatives, programs, and projects
  • Responsible for tactical implementation of short term and long term product roadmap.
  • Communicate product strategy and status to all relevant participants and stakeholders

Skills and Experience You Possess:

  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in building Fraud, Risk and ML solutions
  • Strong technical background with proven ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Comfortable with an iterative and flexible development style
  • Demonstrated skills in delivering high quality products
  • Judicious decision making skills in a high-responsibility environment
  • Independent problem solving skills, working efficiently with teams of two to three, pair programming or working alone
  • Able to break down complex problems into actionable steps with measurable outcomes
  • Thirst for learning about emerging technology and market trends, tempered with a healthy skepticism
  • Masters or MBA preferred

As head of DEI, he accomplishes this by prioritizing employee voices. With team insight and feedback, Mullins helped create and implement Telesign’s impressive DEI roadmap. Their plan touches every part of the company, from auditing their recruitment and engagement processes to the founding of ERGs. They’ve even spearheaded the formation of a global culture and inclusion work group with a direct line to leadership.

That’s how the product team is accomplishing their recent ambitious project: Putting some of their solutions into the cloud to make them more accessible to users. Cloud implementation requires thoughtful work and creativity to rebuild the solutions on a new framework and develop new deployment processes, but the product team is more than up to the task.
