Product Managers at Riot Games help lead the vision of each individual product across the finish line, and assist in building and delivering experiences beyond our audience's expectations. As a Product Manager on the Riot Player Platform team, you'll join a cross-discipline software engineering team focused on delivering software and services that power League of Legends and aid in delivering our games to players across the globe. By inspiring teams to collaborate, you'll drive development, smashing through obstacles and driving projects across the finish-line and into players' hands. You'll meet and exceed expectations by helping concept, deliver, enhance, and influence software development projects at every stage of production.

You are:

• An experienced product leader: you've spent years (5+) as a product manager and you've led multiple teams responsible for long-term projects, from concept to live.

• Thoughtful and analytical: you consider multiple solutions to the same problem and can see nuance where others don't

• A mentally agile entrepreneur: you're always looking ahead, and aren't caught off guard by new projects even if you're already juggling a dozen; your plans are built on a solid foundation, so you know you can deliver the right outcome at the right time

• A strong mentor: as an accomplished leader, you're able to speak on a broad spectrum of topics; your demeanor diffuses conflicts and puts people at ease, helping you give feedback and establish relationships across cultures

• An inclusive and multicultural gamer: you love gaming as much as we do, so you'll plug that passion into providing players of all stripes worldwide with unparalleled focus and support

• Knowledgeable in technology: you have trained in or studied technology and hold a BS in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or in the past worked in software development. So you understand technology and can talk to highly technical development teams

You will:

• Lead the entire product line life cycle from strategy planning to tactical activities

• Provide product leadership as part of a development team as a subject matter authority

• Specify market requirements for existing and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing direct communication with players or internal customers

• Drive a solution set across development teams through market requirements, product specifications, and positioning

• Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute

• Work with customers and partners to drive alignment and communicate product updates

• Inform and build features roadmaps, identifying critical path issues while pulling together strike forces to blast through barriers and ship features to players

• Analyze potential partner relationships.
