The Senior Product Manager drives the vision and manages the roadmap and delivery of NEXT’s technology products. This role will partner tightly with business stakeholders and internal resources to design new features that will enable to us exceed our business goals.

What you'll do

• Get close to our customers to discover how we can create win/win situations for our customers and NEXT Trucking
• Formulate, champion, and constantly rationalize the product roadmap
• Design features for our mobile and web products that turn our customers into raving fans
• Partner closely with engineering to get code shipped quickly and on time
• Be the CEO of the product; partner cross-functionally with all other teams to ensure that we provide a fantastic customer experience throughout the entire customer journey
• Actively contribute to an amazing culture where people love to come to work
• Whatever else needs to be done in order to win

What you'll need

• High customer empathy, with a desire to make our customers’ lives better
• Have high “EQ”; be even-keeled, flexible, and able to quickly adapt to unexpected changes
• Have an incredible work ethic
• Proven experience in delivering commercially successful software products
• Be data-driven; you regularly seek out and use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and opinions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with different personality types and seniority levels
• Have enough technical knowledge to enough to gain the respect of software engineers

Ideal qualifications

• Experience working effectively with remote/offshore teams
• Experience within transportation industry is a plus
• Experience working within a hyper-growth environment before
• Portfolio of mobile products that demonstrate thought leadership in the mobile space
• A great sense of humor
