As a Senior Product Manager at Bridg, you are responsible for defining, prioritizing, and driving the roadmap for our digital marketing platform. You understand our business and its objectives, and use cross-functional business skills to manage the product roadmap and backlog. You assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, and balance business needs with technical constraints. This position relies heavily on influence over authority to drive project deliverables so excellent communication skills are essential. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create, lead, and manage product strategies, roadmaps, project plans and product specifications
  • Collaborate with marketing and engineering on product development during the discovery phase to assess value, usability and feasibility of product features
  • Own the product user experience and feature set and act as the product evangelist to build awareness within the organization
  • Prioritize and create product specifications, business rules, flows and use cases, as well as user-experience (UX) deliverables such as prototypes and wireframes
  • Drive consistent, quality deliverables with your Agile development team as a product owner by leading feature identification and prioritizing requirements
  • Identify market needs, competitive positions and customer trends on an ongoing basis; providing subject matter expertise for customers, clients, tools, and technologies in our niche

Requirements

  • Passion for designing and building great user experiences and web applications
  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager working for a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including product strategy, requirements definition, user experience design, engineering, QA and launch
  • Excellent leadership, project management, communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
