The Product team plays a critical role at Route, setting strategies and executing on innovative products that deliver best-in-class experiences for the thousands of retailers we partner with and the millions of consumers we serve. Product owners at Route thrive by putting themselves in their user’s shoes, and deliver value by solving the challenges these customers and consumers face. They achieve these results by first deeply understanding these problems and then creating innovative solutions.
As a Senior Manager of Product at Route, you will have an opportunity to lead efforts on our overall web experience. You will be responsible for the development and optimization of a wide array of high visibility and high impact B2B and B2C assets - from our company website to our merchant portal to our consumer web tracking experience. The solutions you create will generate incremental revenue as well as profitability for Route, engage as well as retain merchant partners and delight our consumers.
- Defines the team's strategies and goals given the company mission and objectives. Prioritizes and deploys resources to execute according to the strategy.
- Ships high-quality features and/or optimizes existing features with accountability to execution; either independently or through other product managers.
- Communicates clearly and concisely up, down and across the organization; collaborates effectively to maximize the value creation of our products.
- Develops high-trust relationships and demonstrates ownership of the product domain; drives alignment, team focus, velocity and improves team process.
- 7+ years of experience working in Product Management roles at an e-commerce or internet software company
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle; track record of delivering high-quality results at scale
- Ability to translate end user requirements into business needs; understand and discuss technical concepts
- Strong collaboration skills that allow you to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience w/ Amplitude, Figma, G Suite, Jira, mParticle, Salesforce, SQL, Split, Tableau, WordPress is a plus
- BS/BA in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or other quantitative field is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to self-start, work autonomously and with accountability
