We’re looking for a spectacular Senior Product Manager to own our Growth & Optimization initiatives.

About The Role

The Growth & Optimization team is responsible for designing, building, and running JOANY’s experimentation and testing platform. They also work hand-in-hand with our Growth team to help JOANY find and retain customers.

As a data-driven company, we’re constantly experimenting. We depend on a rigorous, technically sound foundation to run our tests and prove our ideas. And we are constantly balancing our research hypotheses, proposed implementations, and capabilities of our testing systems. There’s a real art to figuring out what’s possible, then getting it built, deployed and validated.

Growth & Optimization is a blend of hard-core CS know-how, consumer-behavior instincts, and creative savvy. It’s a hands-on, cross-functional, hybrid role. We need people who can work successfully across multiple domains, and who understand the implications for (and tradeoffs between) engineering, design, data science, and the business. We need people who can drive amorphous projects from start to finish. And we need people who are deeply technical and data-driven.

Product Management at JOANY is a senior-level gig. It’s a high-freedom, high-accountability, high-impact role where you own your area and are responsible for delivery. What you'll bring

• 5+ years of titled, formal Product Management experience at a consumer-focused technology company;
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping end-user features;
• Clear track record of delivery throughout your career;
• Quantitative decision-making abilities;
• Direct experience designing, running and evaluating A/B tests;
• Direct experience with growth and growth-hacking techniques (SEO, SEM, landing pages, etc.);
• Experience with developing metrics, KPIs and dashboards to track the business and inform strategy;
• Working familiarity with consumer e-commerce concepts such as segmentation & targeting (CRM), acquisition & retention (LTV), pricing & revenue (RPU) and conversion reporting & analytics (KPI);
• Exceptional interpersonal and cross-functional skills;
• Computer Science degree (or equivalent);
• MBA a plus.
