Senior Performance Strategist, Local Digital Marketing Services

But all of this is meaningless without great people. So right now we are looking for a Senior Performance Strategist, Local Digital Marketing Services, with a deep background in technical product management for marketing, SEO, and audience related web products/tools.
How does this role contribute to the cause?
Do you have what it takes to build scalable tools for services teams (digital marketing) and customers? Do you have experience with 3rd-party platforms commonly used by digital agencies that manage advertising campaigns (e.g., Kenshoo) or social media (e.g., Hootsuite)?
Do you understand how digital marketing can help a practice find new patients through organic SEO, search ads, social media posts, social ads, and blog posts?
Can you advise the Services team on best practices and how to package our service offerings (e.g., number of posts/month, to which social media networks? recommended spend on boosting?). Can you define performance experiments to A/B test the performance of our recommended services that drive the most value to our customers?
Do you understand technology from the frontend to the backend to help us productize these digital marketing services and fully integrate with our SaaS platform?
This role will work towards all of these things and more. From sales to customer success to how we build things.....this role will be charged with building solutions that help us grow and scale up.
Who will be successful in this role?
Candidates with product management or agency experience - the role is part product manager, part performance strategist. Must be a senior digital marketer, very strong in SEO, and product management experience would be nice. Perhaps someone who developed an advertising campaign management platform used by digital agencies? Perhaps a digital marketer (one idea) who ran away to the product organization? A detailed individual that understands the technology from the backend to the frontend, and can also understand the business from the first sales call to a happy customer a year later.
